Select a business and your dashboard
After you log in you land on your dashboard. What is on it depends on your role and on the business you selected.
Select a business
DoToo works per business. If you are a member of an organization or work there, your environment belongs to that business: the calendar, your orders, your membership, and chat. In the sidebar you see the logo and name of the business that is selected now.
If you belong to one business, you do not need to choose anything.
Switch between businesses
If you belong to more than one business, you switch from your profile:
- Go to My profile at play.dotoo.app/mijn-profiel.
- Under Application, find the Selected business field.
- Choose the business. Your choice is saved right away.
If you have never chosen, DoToo asks you once with the Please select a business to continue message. That choice is saved, so it only happens once.
Dashboard as a participant
You see, among other things:
- your upcoming dotoos
- your latest orders
- your tokens, if your organization uses tokencards
- your membership, if you have one
Dashboard as staff or admin
You see the daily numbers and shortcuts for your business. The menu also has the parts that belong to your role and your modules, for example Dotoos, Tickets, Members, Orders, and My business.
What is in the menu
The sidebar adapts to your role and to your business's modules. These are items you may run into:
