My dotoos and orders
Where to find your sign-ups, orders, invoices, and downloads.
My dotoos
Under My dotoos you find the activities you signed up for, in a calendar. Click an activity to see the details or to cancel.
Your upcoming activities are also on your dashboard.
Seeing older activities. Set the calendar in the top right to List view and choose Past dotoos in the dropdown.
Orders
Under Orders you find everything you have taken from an organization: tickets, memberships, tokencards, and products.
Open an order to see what is in it, what the status is, and how it was paid. Statuses you may see:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | Payment is not finished yet. |
| Awaiting dotoo | The charge happens shortly before the activity. |
| Completed | Everything is handled. |
Invoices
On an order you can view, download, or print the invoice.
Digital downloads
If you bought a digital product, the files appear on the order once it is completed. You also find them right after checkout on the thank-you page.
Don't see your orders? Orders belong to the organization where you placed them. If you belong to more than one organization, check Selected business under My profile to see which one is active. See Choose a business and your dashboard.
