Products
With the Products module you sell goods alongside your activities, for example clothing, equipment, or a digital guide.
Create a product
Choose Products in the menu and create a new product. The product itself is the cover of your offer and asks for an Image, a Name, a VAT rate, and a Description.
Variations
The price is not on the product but on the variation, so you cannot sell a product without variations. Choose Add product variation on the product and fill in:
- Name — for example the size or the version
- Product type — Physical or Digital
- Price
- Digital files — only for a digital variation; these are the files the customer can download after payment
Selling
Members find your catalog via Products in their menu, and you can share the link play.dotoo.app/bedrijven/jouw-slug/producten. For that, Stripe and Product payments must be on at Settings → Payments.
Digital downloads
As soon as an order is completed, the files appear on the buyer's order. They also find them right after checkout on the thank-you page.
If you sell physical products, you handle delivery yourself. DoToo tracks the order and the payment; there is no shipping administration.
