Book a dotoo
Signing up
- Open the dotoo on the calendar or through the shared link.
- Choose the sign-up button, for example Sign up now or Join this dotoo.
- Log in if you have not already.
- Confirm your sign-up.
If there is something to pay, you continue to checkout. See Pay.
After you sign up, the page shows that you are going, and the dotoo appears under My dotoos.
Choosing tickets
A dotoo can have several ticket types, for example a regular ticket and a members ticket. Per ticket this can differ:
- the price, or how many tokens it costs
- whether you need to be a member
- how many spots are available
Sometimes the organization asks for extra details when you sign up. You fill those fields in the sign-up window.
Multiple dates
If a dotoo spans multiple dates, you sign up for the whole series in one go. That is stated on the page.
Why signing up sometimes does not work

| Signup window closed | The sign-up window is not open yet or has already passed. The dates are shown with it. |
| Members only | You first need to register as a member of the organization. |
| Membership required | You need an active membership for this dotoo. |
| Not enough tokens or membership | Your balance is too low and you do not have a valid membership. Buy a ticket, top up your tokens, or take a membership. |
| Ticket required | You cannot join with your current membership or token balance. Buy a ticket. |
| This dotoo is full | Every spot is taken. You can join the waiting list. |
| You cannot join this dotoo because you are already attending the below dotoos. | The organization has set a maximum on how many activities from a given series you can join. The dotoos you are already signed up for are listed below, with a link. |
With the messages about tokens and membership there is often a Shop button, which takes you to the organization's page. There you buy a tokencard, membership, or product.
Signing up as a guest
If the organization allows guest sign-ups, you can choose Sign up as a guest on Free activities. You fill in your details and get an email with a confirmation link. Your sign-up is only final once you click that link. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Canceling
Signed up and cannot make it after all? Choose Cancel my attendance on the dotoo page. You can optionally add a reason. You can sign up again later, as long as there is a spot.
