How you reach an organization

You do not search for organizations inside DoToo itself. You arrive through a link the organization shares, for example on their website, in a newsletter, on social media, or in a message.

A link looks like this:

• play.dotoo.app/businesses/name-of-the-business — the organization's public page
• play.dotoo.app/businesses/name-of-the-business/dotoos — the calendar with all activities
• a link to one specific dotoo

You do not need an account to view these pages.

The calendar

The calendar shows upcoming activities. In the top right you switch views: Month view, Week view, Day view, or List view. The organization sets which one you see first.

If an activity runs past midnight, Week view and Day view show it on both days: on the first day until midnight, on the next day from midnight.

Use the arrows in the top left to move back and forth. Use Go to to jump to a specific date.

If the organization has more than one category, a dropdown lets you filter the calendar.

Finding past activities

Set the calendar to List view. A dropdown then appears with:

• Upcoming dotoos
• In progress dotoos
• Past dotoos

Choose Past dotoos to look back at what already happened.

Per activity, the organization decides who sees it on the calendar:

Opening an activity

Click an activity to see the details: date and time, location, description, the tickets that are available, and any facilitators. From that page you sign up. See Book a dotoo.
