Media
Your file library for uploading, finding, and deleting files.
Media in the menu is DoToo's file library. Everything you upload anywhere in the app ends up here, and you can also add files on their own.
Add files
Choose Add files at the top right of the card and select what you want to upload.
If you use an image on a dotoo, a newsletter, or your business profile, you do not have to upload it here first: you can do that straight from that form. The file then shows up in your library on its own.
Search
Above the list is a search field that searches all text fields of a file, such as the file name. If there are no files yet, it says There are no files yet.
Delete
- Click the files you want to delete, or use Select all.
- Choose Delete selected and confirm.
Do not delete a file that is still in use somewhere, for example as the cover image of a dotoo or in a newsletter you already sent. The image then disappears there too.
What you get to see
That depends on your role:
- As a participant you only see the files you uploaded yourself.
- As staff or admin you see the files of your business plus your own uploads.
