Your business settings
Choose My business in the menu and then the Settings button, or go directly to play.dotoo.app/businesses/your-slug/settings. Staff and admins can open the settings; attendees are sent back to their dashboard.
At the top are six tabs: General, Branding, Modules, Dotoos & Calendar, Orders & Tokens, and Payments.
General
At the top Business name and Slug, and below that What type of business is this?, Upload logo, Upload cover, and White logo background.
Under Additional details you find:
- Code — two to four characters that DoToo uses in the numbers of your orders
- About — the text on your public business page
Under Contact & invoicing you find Legal name, E-mail address, Phone number, Address, Zip code, City, CoC number, VAT number, IBAN, and BIC. DoToo puts these details on your customers' invoices, so fill them in completely.
Branding
Brand colors: the Primary brand color shows up in the sidebar and on buttons. The Secondary brand color is not used yet.
Below that Promotion images: the images on your registration page. That is one of the first things a new member sees.
Modules
Which parts of DoToo your business uses. See Turn modules on and off. Here you also set who can register as a member.
Dotoos & Calendar
This tab is split into four blocks.
Calendar
- Default calendar view for staff and Default calendar view for members: Month, Week, Day, or List
Dotoo behaviour
- Dotoo signup mode: Both are allowed, Account only, or Guest only (no account required)
- Attendee display: Admins only or Admins and members
- Allow multi-date dotoos, useful for a masterclass or workshop over multiple days
- Allow token credit signup: members without enough tokens may still sign up and are charged when the deadline arrives
- Default dotoo category, only relevant if you have more than one category. If you leave this empty, the first category is preselected
Public dotoos list
- List view heading and List view subtitle. If you leave them empty, DoToo uses a default text that you see below them
Group planning
- Enable group planning and Number of upcoming dotoos to keep per group, with a maximum of 10
Orders & Tokens
Orders
- Awaiting dotoo orders deadline (hours)
- Order QR codes
Tokens
- Default token expiration quantity and Default token expiration interval, together the default validity of tokens
- Default token VAT rate
See Unpaid orders.
Payments
Under Stripe API keys you find the Publishable key, the Secret key, and the Webhook signing secret. Those fields stay empty and you cannot change them: for security reasons DoToo does not show your keys here. Below that the Stripe payments switch.
At Stripe payment types you turn Stripe on per flow: Membership payments, Product payments, and Tokencard payments. If Stripe payments is off, you cannot turn those three on.
Under Defaults you set the Default order payment type, for orders you create yourself. See Stripe and payment options.
