On the waiting list
Join the waiting list of a full activity and what happens next.
If an activity is full, you can join the waiting list.
Joining
- Open the dotoo. You see that it is full.
- Choose Join the waiting list.
- Log in if you have not already, and confirm.
After that, the page shows that you are on the waiting list.
The waiting list requires an account, even for activities where you can normally sign up as a guest. If you are not signed in, DoToo first asks for your email address.
What happens when a spot opens up
When a spot opens up, everyone on the waiting list gets an email with the subject A spot is available for .... That email has a link to the dotoo, where the sign-up window opens right away.
This only happens for activities with the status Scheduled. For an activity that is already running or has passed, nothing else goes out.
You do not get the spot automatically. Whoever responds first gets the spot. Every waiting-list participant gets the same email.
Once you have signed up successfully, you are off the waiting list.
