Create an account and log in
Create an account
- Go to play.dotoo.app/account-aanmaken.
- Fill in First name, Last name, E-mail address, and Password, then choose Create an account.
- You get an e-mail with a verification link. Click it to confirm your e-mail address.
- After that you can log in.
If something is wrong with the verification link, DoToo says so on the page itself. If the link has already been used, your account is probably already active and you can just log in.
Business account
On the same form is the I want to create a business account switch. Turn it on if you will offer activities yourself. You then also fill in:
- Business name
- Slug — as you type, DoToo shows which address your business page will get
- What type of business is this?
That last field also decides what guides are called in the app, for example trainer or teacher. You can change it later in your settings.
Log in
Go to play.dotoo.app/inloggen and enter your e-mail address and password.
If you come from a public business page, you can often choose Login or sign up there without leaving the page.
Forgot password
- Choose Forgot password on the login page.
- Enter your e-mail address. If it belongs to an existing account, you get an e-mail with instructions.
- Set a new password through that link and log in again.
Already logged in and want to change your details or password? Do that under My profile.
Sign up without an account
Some organizations let you sign up for an activity as a guest, without creating an account first. You then only fill in your name and e-mail address and confirm your sign-up through a link in your mail.
If a ticket needs to be paid, you can often check out without an account too: at checkout the Not logged in message appears and you fill in your name, e-mail address, and phone number yourself. Only for a ticket that is members-only do you have to become a member first.
If your e-mail address is already known to DoToo, we first send a link to that address to complete your order. If the organization only accepts participants with an account, you cannot check out a ticket as a guest and log in first. See Pay.
