Share your public pages
Participants do not search for you inside DoToo. They arrive through a link you share, for example on your website, in a newsletter, or on social media.
Links you can share
Replace your-slug with your business slug.

The last three only work if you use that module.
What a visitor sees on your profile page
On play.dotoo.app/businesses/your-slug you find your cover image, your name, and your About text, plus buttons to the rest:
- Book now — to your calendar
- Register now — only with the Members module, and only for people who are not members yet
- Memberships, Tokencards, and Products — per module
- View my registration — for people who are already members
If you are staff or an admin of this business, Settings is also at the top. Visitors do not see that button.
Who sees which activity
Per dotoo you set who sees it in your public calendar with Display type:
- Public — everyone sees the dotoo in your calendar
- Members only — only signed-in members see it in your calendar
- Hidden — it does not appear in the calendar, but anyone with the direct link can open it and sign up
Hidden is useful for private activities that you share yourself by link.
Text above your list view
At Settings → Dotoos & Calendar, under Public dotoos list, you set the List view heading and List view subtitle. If you leave them empty, DoToo uses a default text.
Dress up your profile
Your logo, cover image, and About text are at Settings → General. Your brand colors and the images on your registration page are at Settings → Branding.
